Delivery
How is my order delivered?
Each product is shipped and kept in perfect condition in bubble wrap packaging.
Where can I have my order delivered?
To any address in mainland France.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
It's coming, I promise! Delivery time after shipping is 5 to 7 days.
Are there any shipping costs?
No, delivery is free.
Can I track my order?
Of course! Once your order is placed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email with your tracking number. Click on this link and you will be able to track your delivery.
What happens if I am not at home when the goods arrive?
For smaller items, La Poste's delivery service will place them directly in your mailbox.
Otherwise, a written note left by the postman will indicate a post office where you can collect your delivery within 10 days.
Returns and exchanges
What is the procedure if I wish to exchange or return an item?
We are truly sorry that the item did not reach you in good condition or did not meet your expectations. If you wish to return or exchange your order, we are here to help.
You may, in accordance with our return policy, return your product in exchange for a replacement product or a refund within 14 days.
Your request should be made directly via our contact form on our contact page.
What are the exceptions?
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. They must be returned with their tags, in their original packaging, and must not show any signs of wear.
Modify my order
Can you change or cancel my order?
In the interest of satisfaction, we process your orders quickly.
Once you receive your order processing email (within 24 to 48 hours), you can no longer modify or cancel it because it has been sent to our warehouse for processing.
Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form to find out if your order can be modified or canceled. However, in accordance with the applicable provisions, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and be reimbursed for the returned products, you will then have to follow our return policy.
Payment and security
What payment methods are accepted?
Any payment by credit or debit card or via Paypal.
Is my payment secure?
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express have authentication services that protect your card from unauthorized use when you make an online purchase from a participating merchant like Glorydesk.
The system protects payment cards using a PIN password that you receive by SMS so that you can validate your order.
Depending on what you have requested from your bank, it is also possible that you use 3D Secure instead, our platform also detects this authentication and you will then be able to make your payment via this device.
Is your site secure?
Our website has SSL certificates for online security, encrypting our store content and securely publishing it using HTTPS instead of http. Credit card payments are 100% secure through the Stripe platform, in compliance with French and international interbank security measures.
Your information (card number, expiry date, etc.) is not communicated to us under any circumstances.
Your banking data is encrypted
(SSL technology). They do not circulate unencrypted on the Internet and cannot
be intercepted.
How is my personal data used?

Other than what is necessary to fulfill a request or transaction such as shipping your order, your personal information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any company for any reason.

As customer experience is our priority, depending on the volume of our activity it is possible to receive our responses by email beyond our opening hours or days.
