Delivery

How is my order delivered?

Your M10 is double-packed for maximum safety. We place the retail box inside a reinforced outer shipping box, with 4 cm of bubble wrap padding for extra protection. This ensures that any impacts are absorbed, guaranteeing the integrity of your equipment during delivery.

Where can I have my order delivered?

To any address in Mainland France, Belgium, Ireland and the United States.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Free shipping on all orders. Delivery takes 8 to 15 days. This window allows for a rigorous manual inspection of every unit before it ships. We prioritize quality control to ensure your gear arrives in perfect working order.

Are there any shipping costs?

No, delivery is free.

Can I track my order?

A confirmation email will be sent automatically after your purchase. Orders are processed within 48 hours. Once shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking number to follow your delivery status in real time.

What happens if I am not at home when the goods arrive?

We ship directly to your address. The package dimensions are 21 x 11 x 14.5 cm.

If your mailbox is large enough to accommodate these dimensions, the parcel will be delivered directly inside. Otherwise, the carrier will leave a delivery notice so you can pick up your order at a nearby collection point.

Returns and exchanges

What is the procedure if I wish to exchange or return an item?

We are sorry to hear that your item didn't meet your expectations or arrived with a defect. Under our return policy, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for a replacement or a full refund.

What are the exceptions?

Our 14-day return policy applies to our entire catalog. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition:

  • Packaging: The product must be in its original box, including all internal padding and protective inserts.
  • Condition: No signs of wear, excessive handling, or damage should be visible.
  • Accessories: All components (cables, manuals, filters) must be included.

GloryDesk reserves the right to refuse a return or apply a deduction if the product is received damaged or incomplete.

Modify my order

Can you change or cancel my order?

Order Changes & Cancellations:
To ensure fast shipping, orders are sent to our logistics center within 24 to 48 hours. Once this transfer is complete, modifications or cancellations can no longer be guaranteed. For urgent requests, please reach out via our contact form—we will do our best to assist if the package has not yet left the warehouse.

Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with regulations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal. This policy applies to all our customers in France, Belgium, Ireland and United States. Refunds will be issued once the return is received and validated, according to our standard procedure.
